People are in debt up to their eyeballs. I think I'm likely one of the few people that does NOT use credit cards. Everything I buy is either with cash in hand or with my debit card (meaning there is money in the bank). I love shopping ... but perhaps unlike a lot of people ... buying something I really NEED on sale gives me a warm fuzzy feeling of accomplishment. After all anyone can buy something they don't really NEED at full price ... right? People have been conditioned for so many years to believe they are worthless in society if they don't wear the right clothes, don't drive the right car, don't have the right job, etc. etc. etc. Just look at the commercials on TV - how many are sending us messages that fat is not where it's at, it's not cool to go gray or have damaged hair, etc. etc. No wonder people have so many insecurity issues!!

Remember this and remember it always: God loves you ... just the way you are. He doesn't care if you are wearing designer clothes, or if your hair has spit ends, or if you're fat, or if you have a ton of money in the bank.

What He DOES care about is what is in your heart and that you love Him. You will never be able to love Him as much as He loves you. But you know what? That does NOT matter to Him. He just wants you to love Him. How awesome is that?

He loves you so much that He sent His only son to die for your sins. Would you ever contemplate allowing your son to die for someone's sins let alone actually allow it to happen? If you answer honestly I am sure your answer would be the same as mine - no. Yet with that said one thing I DO know for sure is that I WOULD give up my life for Him - no questions asked - that's how much I love my Saviour!

So stop for a minute, think about YOUR life. Is it all that you think it should be? Is there something lacking? Do you feel an unexplainable void? Is there something within you that longs for more? Well I know the solution. It's Jesus. Life with Jesus in your life doesn't mean all your problems will be solved; as a matter of fact life with Jesus in it kind of reminds me of a smile. Did you know it takes more facial muscles to smile than to frown? That is a proven scientific fact. The thing I appreciate and cherish the MOST with having a personal relationship with Jesus is that He is ALWAYS there. When I am happy, when I am sad, when things are going good in my life, when things aren't going so good in my life etc. etc.

The anticipation of spending ETERNITY with Him excites me. I can hardly wait to leave this earth to start that part of my journey with Him. Just like He has a plan for everybody here on this earth - believer and unbeliever alike - He has a plan for me too. He wants me to tell everybody - believer and unbeliever alike - that is He IS coming ... very soon.

Please don't miss the opportunity to accept Jesus into your heart. Do it now! Don't waste another day, hour, minute, second living a "common" life. Start living the life that God intended you to live. Begin your journey with the first step - ask Jesus to come into your heart, ask Him to forgive your sins, ask Him to guide your way in Him by being your light. He will do ALL these things. All you have to do is ask. I am here to do whatever I can to help you. If you have a question - ask. If you need prayer - ask. If you need someone to listen to you - ask. With Him in control of my life there is nothing I wouldn't do to serve Him.
